What is Event Desk?
Event Desk is ReplyDost's ticketing and gate-entry tool for event organisers. You set up passes and prices, share one QR poster, attendees book and pay by UPI, and your gate staff scan their ticket QR to let the whole group in.
Do I need a shop or business location to use it?
No. Event Desk works for organisers with no business location or Google Business Profile — you only need an organiser name, a phone number and a bank account for payouts.
Can prices differ by age, gender or couples?
Yes. Each pass has its own prices for adult male, adult female, couple and child, and you choose the child age range. Multi-day events can sell any-one-day or fixed-days passes.
How does gate entry work?
Every booking gets one QR and a 6-digit entry code. Staff you add by Google email open the gate scanner on their phone, scan the QR, see everyone in the booking with their selfie, and admit them in one tap.
What does it cost and when do I get paid?
ReplyDost charges no fee for Event Desk right now. Only Razorpay's payment fee and GST on it are deducted, and your payout is sent to your bank account 2 days after the event ends.
